What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 24 hours before the day of service without any charge.

 

How do I get a receipt?

Please call us at (832) 217-4936 to request your receipt, which will be issued when your card is charged.

 

Why is the amount charged different from the amount I was quoted?

Charges may differ due to additional time, cleaning fees, or waiting time.

 

Where will I be met at the airport?

Our chauffeur will meet you in the baggage claim area.

 

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights and will adjust pickup times as needed.

 

Are pets allowed inside the vehicles?

Yes, small pets in an enclosed carrier are permitted.

 

How can I contact my chauffeur?

You will receive the chauffeur’s number once your trip is assigned.

 

What kind of training do your chauffeurs go through?

Our chauffeurs are trained in customer service, driving, defensive driving, and handling situations involving alcohol consumption.

There is a charge of $35 per additional stop.

 

Is there a fee for waiting periods?

Yes, the fee is $25 for every 15 minutes of waiting.
