Your Quote: The Quote provided in this Confirmation is an Estimate only. This Quote does not account for unexpected wait time, drive time, additional stops, parking, or fees foreseen or unforeseen. Fees that may have been inadvertently left out when providing this quote, such as but not limited to airport, and international arrival fees, will be added during invoicing.
Baggage Meet: A Baggage meet is not guaranteed as parking structures are closed intermittently. Because of the additional time required and increased labor cost, a $15.00 fee is added to excessive waiting time.
Domestic Arrival: Because of the extended wait time, a 30 minutes grace period is included on incoming domestic flights, a charge of $15 will be applied for each fifteen-minute increment beyond the first 30 minutes.
International Arrival: Because of the extended wait time, a 45 minutes grace period is included on incoming international flights, a charge of $15 will be applied for each fifteen-minute increment beyond the first 45 minutes.
Peak Rate: A percentage rate will be added to the base rate during peak seasons.
Wait Time: Is limited to fifteen minutes at the pickup location. A charge of $15 will be applied for each fifteen-minute increment beyond the first fifteen minutes.
Stops: All stops during Airport Transfers are billed at $25 within the scheduled route. If stops are outside the planned route, your trip will become As Directed and charged on an hourly basis, with a 3-hour minimum.
Hourly Rate / Travel Time: Is a fixed rate charged per hour with a minimum of 3 hours for Sedans and SUV’s, 4 hours for Sprinters and mini buses up to 35 passengers, and 5 hours for 51-55 passenger buses. Outside of our service area, Travel Time will be determined by the actual time it takes to get to and from that point which is located outside of our service area.
Gratuity: 20% Gratuity is the suggested amount. Gratuity is optional and may be increased or decreased at the client’s discretion.
Smoking: There is NO smoking permitted in any vehicle at any time. A charge of $250 will be applied for any smoking detected on any vehicle.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee will apply to any excessive trash on any vehicle or buses.
Damages: Any spilled drinks, torn leather seats, broken cup holders, etc.. will incur damage fees.
Video Monitoring. Our vehicles are equipped with an in-vehicle camera system. Your image and conversation may be recorded.
Cancellations. For sedans, SUVs, and sprinters, if you cancel your trip within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up for any reason, you will be charged the full amount originally quoted. For limos, party buses, mini buses, and charter buses a notice of at least 48 hours is needed to avoid any cancelation fees. Cancelation fee is the full amount of the reservation.
Late Night Transfers. Trips beginning between 12 AM and 5 AM will be charged an additional $10.
Child Seats. Baby and Child seats are available, however, due to liability issues, the seat must be installed by the child’s parents. A $10 per seat fee will apply.
