Baggage Meet:
The chauffeur will attempt to meet in the baggage claim area with a sign bearing the customer’s name. Please note, a baggage meet isn’t guaranteed due to intermittent closure of parking structures at airport terminals.
Domestic Arrival:
Incoming domestic flights have a 30-minute grace period. After the initial 30 minutes, a charge of $15 will apply for each fifteen-minute increment.
International Arrival:
A 45-minute grace period is included for incoming international flights. Beyond the initial 45 minutes, a charge of $15 will apply for each fifteen-minute increment.
Peak Rate:
A percentage rate will be added to the base rate during peak seasons.
Wait Time:
The wait time at pickup is limited to fifteen minutes. A charge of $15 will apply for each fifteen-minute increment beyond the initial fifteen minutes.
Stops:
All stops during Airport Transfers within the scheduled route are billed at $25. Stops outside the planned route convert your trip to As Directed and will be charged on an hourly basis with a 3-hour minimum.
Hourly Rate / Travel Time:
A fixed hourly rate applies with minimum hours required for Sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, minibuses, and buses. Travel Time outside our service area will be based on actual travel duration.
Gratuity:
A suggested 20% Gratuity is optional and adjustable at the client’s discretion.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A $250 per occurrence charge applies for smoking detected in any vehicle.
Cleaning Fee:
A cleaning fee will be assessed for any excessive trash or cleaning required in the vehicle or bus. This includes, but is not limited to, spills, excessive dirt, or any other mess that requires professional cleaning. For incidents involving vomiting, a charge of $250 per occurrence will apply for the extensive cleaning required to restore the vehicle to its original state.
Damages:
Damages such as spilled drinks, torn seats, or broken items on the vehicle will incur corresponding fees determined based on the incident, starting at $150 per occurrence.
Video Monitoring:
Our vehicles are equipped with in-vehicle camera systems. Your image and conversation may be recorded.
Cancellations:
Cancellation policies vary by vehicle type. Cancellation within 24 hours for Sedans, SUVs, and Sprinters incurs the full quoted amount. For other vehicles, but not limited to stretch limos, mini buses, motor coaches, and party buses, a 72-hour notice is required, and the cancellation fee is the full reservation amount.
Late Night Transfers:
Trips between 12 AM and 5 AM will incur an additional $10 charge.
Child Seats:
Baby and Child seats are available but must be installed by the child’s parents. A $10 per seat fee applies.
Drug Use:
Consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited by law. Any fines resulting from drug use will be the customer’s responsibility. The driver reserves the right to terminate the trip without a refund in cases of blatant indiscretion.
Lost Items:
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for articles left in the vehicle.
Balances Due:
The remaining balance is due before the trip starts.
Seating Capacity:
The number of passengers must not exceed the available seat belts at any time.
Customer Liability:
The customer acknowledges and agrees that they are liable for any additional charges deemed appropriate by A&D for damages or cleaning needs beyond those expressly stated in these terms and conditions. A&D Transportation Service reserves the right to assess and charge for any unforeseen or excessive damages or cleaning deemed necessary to restore the vehicle to its original condition.
